- Maintenance and safety inspections
3. Service Areas
Our services are available in the following areas: Centurion, Pretoria East, Pretoria North, Pretoria West, and Midrand. We reserve the right to modify our service areas at any time.
4. Booking and Appointments
When booking our services:
- All appointments are subject to availability
- We require 24 hours notice for cancellations
- Emergency services are available 24/7
- We may reschedule appointments due to emergencies or weather conditions
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue date
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms and conditions:
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
- We accept cash, bank transfers, and approved credit cards
- Emergency services require immediate payment
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated
6. Safety and Compliance
Safety and regulatory compliance:
- All installations comply with SANS standards and regulations
- Our technicians are LPGSA and SAQCC certified
- We provide Certificate of Compliance (CoC) for installations
- Safety inspections are mandatory for all installations
- We reserve the right to refuse unsafe installations
7. Warranty and Guarantees
Our warranty terms:
- 12-month warranty on all installations and repairs
- Warranty covers workmanship and parts
- Warranty does not cover damage from misuse or accidents
- Warranty is void if unauthorized modifications are made
- Extended warranties available for additional cost
8. Liability and Insurance
GasFluent carries comprehensive liability insurance. However, we are not liable for:
- Damage caused by existing faulty installations
- Consequential damages or loss of profits
- Damage from natural disasters or acts of God
- Third-party damage not caused by our negligence
- Claims exceeding our insurance coverage limits
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing safe access to installation areas
- Ensuring utilities are available and functional
- Providing accurate information about existing installations
- Following safety instructions provided by our technicians
- Maintaining installations according to our recommendations
10. Emergency Services
Emergency service terms:
- Emergency services available 24/7
- Emergency call-out fees apply outside business hours
- Response times vary based on location and availability
- Emergency services prioritize safety over convenience
- Full payment required for emergency services
11. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policy:
- 24 hours notice required for appointment cancellations
- Late cancellations may incur charges
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
- No refunds for completed services unless defective
- Emergency service fees are non-refundable
